Authorizes employers and employees of the private sector to consider the holidays provided in article 339 of the Labor Code as granted and enjoyed by employees during the period of the state of national sanitary emergency due to spread of COVID-19. Employers may grant as vacation the days employees cease to work due to the state of emergency. Employers and employees must sign agreements to such effects, which must be sent to the Secretary of Labor and Social Security.
