Legislative Decree No. 649 – Suspension of legal terms
Legislative Power
Extends for a further 8 days the suspension of legal terms in administrative and judicial procedures, in any matter and instance. Terms and hearings in the common and special criminal jurisdictions are also suspended, as well as hearings carried out before administrative offices. This provision does not include terms determined by the Constitution for administrative detention, term for inquiry, protective measures in matters of domestic violence, and terms related to the Penitentiary Act and the Civil Procedures Act.
