The Honduran Labor Cases System (SIHCAL, by its Spanish acronym) was created through Agreement SETRASS No. 625-2023, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Inspection Act and its Regulation.
Consequently, all individuals and entities employing persons in industrial, commercial, services, economical, and other activities, must register in the National Simplified Employer Registry System (SRNSP, by its Spanish acronym).
