By this means we inform you that, through Decree 33-2020, an extension was granted to taxpayers, extending the deadlines in terms of tax obligations until December 31, 2020, by virtue of the state of emergency decreed on December 10 February 2021 through PCM-005-2020 and its reform established in PCM-023-2020, which, likewise, was extended until December 31, 2021 through PCM-146-2020, as a consequence of the pandemic caused by COVID-19 (suspension of deadlines).

On December 29, 2021, Decree No. 110-2021 entered into force, which establishes, in its article 3, that the days and legal deadlines that were suspended before the Secretary of State in the Office of Finance ( SEFIN), Tax Administration and Customs Administration. According to the Revenue Administration Service (SAR), the terms must start counting from December 29, 2021.
