We inform you that Executive Accord No. STSS 308-2022 of April 1st, 2022, stated the new minimum wage for 2022 and 2023, according to the company’s activity and the number of employees. 

This increase shall apply from January 1st of each year and, for the current year 2022, the adjustment for the months of January, February and March shall be paid in the months of April, May and June. It must be noted that the Honduran maquila textile sector and other Free Zone companies are not subject to this regulation.
