The Ministry of Labor has implemented a new way to carry out the annual Registration of Establishment for all Private Companies, and it is through the Opportunities Platform of the Ministry of Labor, said registration is valid for one year and in case of non-compliance the company can be seen creditor of a fine ranging from $57.14 to $1,143.03 depending on the company’s assets.

We reiterate that companies are able to carry out this process and we will only request information required by said Ministry. It includes legal information about the company, financial information, number of male and female workers, outsourcing personnel, disabled personnel, nursing facilities, nurseries, among others.
