The Applicable Procedure for filing the DMC is defined as follows: 1. In the presentation of the DMC the purchases that generate tax credit from the purchases that are included in the costs and/or expenses must be separated. 2. The filing of this informative declaration must be made through the Virtual Office or the Web Service. Submission Deadline The taxpayer must file its return within the first five (5) CALENDAR days of the month following the month in which the internal purchases or contributions were made.
